Hello, I have a problem with SharpDevelop.
I made a new C# project, included the MTV3D65.dll in the references with the .NET assemblies browser, but at the beggining of my code, while typing "using", no TV3D reference appears in the list. If I type using MTV3D65; the program can be compiled, but no TV3D commands appears in the lists. For example, I called TV a TVEngine, but if I put TV., no command list appears.
Anyone has the same problem and know how to get TV3D 6.5 working with SharpDevelop ?
Thanks...

Same problem that I'm having.  I thought it was just me (whew!)   Smiley

Does anyone know if this is a problem in what we're doing or if it's an issue peculiar to SharpDevelop?

Thanks, folks!

Sounds like code insight doesnt work in these cases, and not really TV3D.
As we'r not using shardevelop i cannot help you directly, but i know there has been people using TV3D with SD successfully.

Maybe asking on their forum could help Wink (like why intellisense doesn't work on assembly dll that is not in the GAC)

First: Hello all, i am a noob in the Beta clan.

Second: Is there something new about using about usiing the dll in #develop?

I have the Problem that when running the template in #d (imported from the net template that you can download)  i got the error message saying something like File or assemplyname 'MTV3D65' OR some of dependencies (maybe are not found.
( i am not sure about the english message cause i use the german version of .Net framework and #d.

I have set the ref to the MTV3D65.dll in the references.

by the way the same error message appears if i try to take the dll in the GAC with Regsvcs.

can you post the code you are getting this error from? is this a compilation error or a runtime error?

Thank you UD. You brought me on the right trail and i got it sortet out. When importing the .net template in #d i accidently importet the .vbproj file and not the .sln file. And other mistake i made was i used the project name in the license key stuff and not my username.
i am learning ...

Now it works and trueblue is happy Smiley
