Nice little Heightmap Utility

I found this little utility when I was searching for information on 24 Bit heightmaps

I was going to explain all of the features this free little utility has but I figure if you are interested you'll go see for yourself.

Well, it's nice but too bad it doesn't have any generating capabilities. It only converts a heightmap to the higher resolution format, with some nice 3-dimensional interpolation. ^^
