How do I go about obtaining another license key if I haven't used it in a few years.

For TV3D 6.5 I recall you login to your account and download the license sign application, fill your details and then it creates a license file to remove the water mark.

If you go to the 'members login' (top-right of site), and then 'My Licenses' (bottom left), you should be able to see your info and key. I'm assuming once logged in for forum posting, the 'members login' link will take you to your details as it does for me.

Thanks for your help. That's the problem. It doesn't show anything under "My Licenses" and it should. It used to about 4 years ago, but not anymore. How do I get this back?

Ah, I see. Looks like a problem for Sylvain to solve, but he's not really around these days. Apparently he's on the IRC every day, but the forum every couple of months. I think the IRC may be the best option. Sorry I can't help as a community member.
