Problems with TV sdk 6.3 after installing IE7

I installed internet explorer 7 a few days ago, and since then I havent been able to use TV properly.
Namely, when I try to call functions from the TVutils, VB6.0 gives me the error "Method or data member not found".
I ran dependancy walker on TVutils63.dll and it tells me two things:
Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module.
-Which I have no clue how to fix, I dont know what the export function is
And another warning saying im missing DWMAPI.dll, something I never heard of before.
I checked online, it seems DWMAPI is a vista DLL that comes with IE7.. not surprised installing that crappy program messed things up.
Im going to try removing IE7 and resintalling anything, but does anyone know how to resolve the error with depwalker?

ok so I uninstalled IE7, turned off auto updates :/ and I ran dep walker again, and it shows MPR.DLL as the one with "an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module."
Anyone have an idea whats going on here?
