Iīm having trouble filling the form to purchase a TV3D license. The form will give me an error saying it does not accept free email accounts. Mine is not!!

Is there an special support email for these issues? I could not find it.

Thanks

Gmail is free mail provider, regardless whether you're paying for premium features or not.

Maybe darqSHADOW can help with this.

Thanks for the reply but this is not the email Iīm using in the form. The one Iīm using is from my service provider that gives me access to the internet.

I sent an email to dashadow@truevision3d.com asking about it. Hopefully they will give and answer soon.

Unfortunately that email is flagged in Plimus as a free account.  I have sent an email to their support asking them to correct this, or give us an answer as to why it is listed this way.  Being a hosted solution there is no way for us to allow you through the process until I hear back from them, sorry about this.

Hi John,

Thanks for the answer. No problem.

Just for you information, I bought another software these days that use the exact same service and when I had this problem they said they would disable whatever was blocking my email. But I didnīt even wait since they had a way to pay with Paypal, so I donīt know if that would work or not. However there seems to be a way to disable it, or so they said.

Else, isnīt there a way for me to pay with Paypal directly to you guys?

Or letīs just wait to see their answer.
