Is TV3D 6.5 good for a game with this sort of same style. + Physics

nah, no harder than any other 3d game. I was almost about to say that game was 2d, but I did see some rotation around it. It would be 2.5D.

Don't let jvipers response trick you into thinking that any 3D game is simple. The core framework around of which to build everything the game needs (2D GUI, motion, collision detection, artificial intelligence, background, shaders, music, networking) is nothing less than a miracle.

So, although very possible (except the music and network) for TV3d, it's a lot of work as well ...
