I am new to TV3D. Loaded a VB project, click on "Run" the get "can't find project or library" on "Private TV8 As TVEngine" in sample code.

Dependency walker says that MSJAVA.Dll is missing  See attached.

What MS patch should i load to get MSJAVA?

I have a new installation winxp sp2 PC, i am running Java 6 installed.

Resolution:

For those new to TV. Copy "TrueVision3D.dll" from the Bin folder to your Windows system32 folder usually "c:windowssystem32".

Secondly, Open your VB6 reference Window, using the "browse" button find "TrueVision3D.dll" in your system32 folder, double click to register in your Windows and make it is a referenced VB component. Now, uncheck the old "TrueVision3D.dll" referenece with MISSING label - This solves the problem.

It would be easier if TV SDK 6.3 places "TrueVision3D.dll" in ones system32 folder to start with.

Thanks
