@ Tedlin01, that's coming on really well (I know you've put a lot of work into it), do you have any specific release time frame?

Thanks, The plan is to turn it in to our publisher (slitherine) in 1st of april and after that we will give it some weeks to finnish the goldrelease. Hopefully it will be in the onlinestores to the summer Smiley

@tedlin, that game looks fun. Is it anything like the commandos? Smiley Or more like 2d Fallout (original version). Nice work anyway, it looks great!

A new feature in the works for AiBliss. Now my Sims can watch TV! Just load in your favorite video!

Still have some bugs to work out. Like 20% of videos the audio and video will be out of sync slightly. This leads to the maze of codecs. Ugh!

Here is a video of Jenny, Olga, and Karl watching Avatar.

They sure seem to be good at sitting still. Cheesy
These "Sims"-like games, or anything where characters are important, I think need to have very good lifelike animations. That's why these projects are usually hard for indies, because animators are expensive.

Oh yeah, codecs are complex beasts sometimes, so good luck with that and compatibility issues. Looks kinda interesting so far.

Hey, long time no see. I've not done much things in TV3D lately (working on my own DX11 powered engine) but a while ago I've done this presentation tool for a friend of mine.

Uses lots of shadercode has refractions, reflections and so on.

Thanks Lenn...

Yeah... well, I was demoing my TV code.  Smiley It wasn't easy getting it to work. I'm using DirectShow for this one. I'll try to package up my code to share soon.

My Sims can walk around and talk and do all kinds of stuff. They just watch TV quietly for now. But I was thinking off adding voice recognition for monitoring the audio and having them comment on words that they pick up.

Ok... until next time.

I really like your path finding and course-setting. That's a nice peace of code there.  Cheesy

This game is basically like Quake with space ships. Game modes include Clan Arena, Team Deathmatch and Free for All.
