Hi.
I stopped making Monster Planet because it was unfun and i did not want to play it (not completely true) So... I made a 'lite' version of Neverdaunt, called Neverdaunt:8Bit. Just started Beta testing, come play :D

http://8bit.neverdaunt.com/

all kinds of info on the site, and lots more pictures...
Images really don't do it justice, and i will put up a video shortly (as soon as i get a handful of players in to record.)

edit: pictures went down during a web host transfer, but check the media section for tons of pics

edit2: Beta Trailer is now up :D

I am greatly confused by my short N8 experience... I'm on a super small floating island, I can see another one far away but can't reach it, and I'm alone in the world.
I assume I'm supposed to build the world around me, like extend the island?

I'll try later see if there's other people to help. I suck at MMOs. Smiley

Oh, and I love the look & feel, and the sound effects are fantastic!

Ah, that's the tutorial bit... i will make that more clear. Once you do everything on the list, there is a button to teleport to the main area

This is a really nice game! I suggest to the rest of the TV community that you signup and start playing with us! Probably one of the most creative MMORPG's I have seen in a long long time. Cheesy

I'm so happy to see that it caught on! (coverage on big blogs like indiegames.com)
You definitely deserve it. And it might be the first big TV3D MMO in beta stage...!

cool!

Will you be able to carry a shield and when the shield is wielded (as opposed to flung over your back) you can keep monsters from just running you over?

Will you be able to walk\run backwards and strafe and such so you can try to keep the monster always in front of and facing you?
