Since Noid posted some good stuff on his progress. Thought I would do the same.

Here is some UI stuff that we have been playing with, and our UI Designer.

Everything you are looking at is alpha or a out of game proof of concept.

And little flash movie showing how our artists may design UI objects. These save from the designer as xml files that seed our UI. We can swap these durring game runtime to swap skins and stuff like that.

also, how did you manage to record a video and embed it into a flash anim?

The flash was a piece of cake.

1. Use Camstuido to record a avi
2. Import the avi into flash and save

Easy.

hm, version 006 doesn't work for me (error message converted fomr Dutch to bad English   ):
Can't initialize the application (0xc0000135). Hit OK to end the program.
