(maybe this is a better showcase place, than the Announcments. I have also created another topic there, sorry for that:

Again, we are really happy & proud to announce our very first complete (story & plotwise) demo of our game, Adlerschluss3D.
You can find the download links & other info on the following site:
http://meltingpot.hu/adler3d/Please let us know everything you find.
Mind you, this just a beta yet, so there can be (and certainly there are) some bugs, issues, etc. But at least this is the very first playable demo that we have of the game.
A trailer video from the game:

http://www.truevision3d.com/forums/announcements/adlerschluss3d_first_open_demo-t20547.0.htmlAnother news is that we have now made the source code available for purchase, if anyone is interested in a VB.NET FPS source code. Some features of the source code / engine:
- complete XML based level loading (includes actor, mesh, landscape, minimesh, atmosphere, etc. load, and also a basic scripting system for actions like triggering some stuff based on certain conditions (example1: player picks up a key that changes the state of a door that can from then own be opened (using physics hinges), example2: certain proximty triggers a sprite play (i.e. a projector movie), etc, etc...) XML definition also contain physics realted parameters, and everything needed
- more sophisticated NPC scripting made avaialble by being able to call custom functions in the source code
- XML based weapon (both for player and actors) and material system
And some other stuff...

If someone purchases the source code, he/she gets updates whenever made avaialble.
Some hints to the gameplay: the controls are on the website (ASWD for navigation, E for use are the main points

).
Some bugs are still there, we are in the process of correcting them (i.e. some weapons are off, some actors don't respond, behave a bit weird, etc.) But please report anything you find, especially if the game doesn't run or shows some glitches.
Troubleshooting info on the website:

Bence
(Disclaimier: we have sometimes reused existing artwork from other games (i.e. DOD, Mohaa), that is why the game itself is free, as we don't want to charge for a game which partially contains copyrighted content.)
