Hello, so i get this Shader from GroundZero Development..one of the links in the resource section..it's called shadowMapping..so how would i know where to incorporate or set the shader? i am really curious as to how you guys know where and to which you put the shaders..

I think you will have to do a bit more than just plugging it in.
Take the example that Sylvain posted about that empty "fullscreen shader" and then fill it up with whatever you got from groundzero.
Then you have to:
tvShader.CreateFromFile(sYourPath & "myshader.fx")
tvMesh.SetShader(tvShader)
