Shader with C++ Code

Hi,
I'm at the end of my alpha version of my project (i would like to show you it when ALpha will be ready) and i would like to install a Shader system for my water effect.
I found a super code with shaders but it is in C++ version and i don't understand C++... I would like to know if somebody can help me to convert this code in VB.net or C# // TV3d code.
You can find the project here :
http://fileadmin.cs.lth.se/graphics/theses/projects/projgrid/
Thanks in advance !!

Serial, don't know if it's worth it or makes much sense, but I once replicated this using CTVLandscape as the grid. It worked quite well.
