Uploaded a zip of jpg that show the problem. THe first five are normal, rotating around an object constant speed (the object in actually in the tunnel, so you may not be able to see it). Then the next three show the problem, still rotating around constant speed:

Turns out the zip was just a tad too big for me to attach it here (1075 KB....sooo close). So I attapted to upload it here:

Oh....I was able to attach the .fx file here though, so see if the problem does indeed occur.

Yea looks like a problem with constants not reset correctly.
To analyse that, i would need to test it here. Could you send me the test app ? or upload it somewhere ?

You can apply that fx file in the app I have sent to your e-mail. The faulty fx file should be in the zip attached in that last post.
