i use zaks watershader, have two same meshes, apply this one shader to mesh1,mesh2 .. and :
mesh in left side, is ok,mesh on right side have vertical lines on complete sufracE:(

Looks like the DUDV texture is clamped and your mesh is using texture coordinates outside of the texture.
