If you want to share in the making of a game that will be an MMOG, and if you have skills in the following area

Netcode
Physics
Modeling

You will need to sign a NDA, and confindentiallity agreement. This prior to talking to you about employment or working for us.

How old do I have to be?
16 minimum but your parents must sign the contracts and agreements for you depending on what state you live in

How much will I be paid?
Need to discuss that in private.

Are you an ass?
Yes but only if insulted

Am i required to work a set amount of hours ?
Yes minimum of 20 hours is required

Please do not reply if you are not gonna reply for a postion

Now *that* made me laugh.  Much better.  Smiley

Nothing like a little drama to spice up a forum.

Where are you located?

In what development phase are you?

How large of a team will you ultimately need?

What educational requirements are required?

What professional experience is required?

By what method will workflow be synchronized?

If you don't mind, I also  have a few questions.

What is the setting for your game?
Does the game have a design document?
How long has the game currently been in development?
How long should the development phase last?
How many concurrent users do you expect?
Have you already drawn up hardware requirements and intended network models?
Do you have a particular API in mind for developing the netcode?
Why are you using vb6 as the development language?
How will you gauge productivity?
