Make a Network class in c# for tv6.2?

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in making a Network class for 6.2, in c#? The intention is to create this under a zlib license so that anyone using 6.2 could use the network class to communicate with. To begin with, I think making a peer to peer network class would be best, then later on implement client-server. Also maybe make a mode to switch between UDP and TCP would be good. Is anyone interested? I have done a similar thing before using directplay but i would like not to use DP for this and instead use .net sockets.
