The help you are asking for is to generic.  You need to do a little more work on your own then ask specific questions when you come to them.

Saying you need help with enemies is not going to get you any help.  That's like asking how do I build a house?

Hi there i m having problem wtih enemigs because i need  if enemig is near my actor, it have to atack to him. i have a idea : i create a transparent cillinder bigger than the actor with the potition of the actor to detect collide of the enemig mesh.
i dont know if it will work fine if someone help me i will be very happy.
if someone know a other form to detect if the enemig is near the actor please tell to me my mail is lao__888@hotmail.com

why not just check the distance to the enemy if you are less than some value then attack or run or whatever.
