Hi.

I'm a beginner and I've just downloaded the LITE setup for Truevision 3D. I program in Visual Basic, and I've added the TVEngine and TVMedia to the references of my project, but I don't know what to do next. Can anyone help me?

Good advice, it was from the tutos that I learned the basics of TV3D.

One little tip : don't forget the lights, this got me stuck for a looong time before I realized what was going wrong

And if u're stuck, begin by searching the forum, the internet, other TV3D sites and other developpers' sites. If it still doesn't help, don't hesitate to post on the forum, it's full of wise & cool people

Hi,

Does anyone have VB6 project file tutorials that I could download? (Preferrably in ZIP files.) The full setup is a bit big, and my connection is a bit too slow. I'd be really grateful.

The best way to learn is off those samples... If I were you I'd take the time to download it... it's definitely worth it...

U can always try my object viewer, but might be a bit complex for full start...

But the best advice I can give u, just like the others did, is to take patience and hours if need be, or go to a cybercafe, a friend's, school or work or anywhere w/ a fast conn & get the full setup. It's REALLY the best introduction to TV3D, can't be no better...
