Cartography Shop exports to .x models, so can this 3D modeller/Level Editor be used with the Truevision3D engine?  Is anyone using this program with Truevision?  What example code would work with this program?  Anyways, I have a sky and a terrain for my game and would like to build a city for my game as well.  Any idea if AC3D would be a better program for making buildings on a terrain?  I think with AC3D I could make the buildings and then when you click on the door on the building or click on the building you would then enter the indoor scene of that building.  Would be nice to seamlessly just walk inside of a building.  Any insight would be most welcome.  In a previous thread I learned that using BSPs is illegal for your own commercial game.  Is anybody using a legal level editor for their application with Truevision.  I want to be able to program with VB so switching to a game creation suite is not what I really want to do.

yes, you can load in .x models.  You create an actor2 and then use:

Object.Load "file", "Name", True, True
