BSP&PAK and 3ds texture file questions

Dear Sir;
I have some questions and very Important for me But I cant anyone to answer me plz
If you know about each of them reply to me.
1- about BSP and PAK file and the software for Design them.
2- Create a 3ds file with its texture. I design it in 3ds max 6 but Cant create an one texture for my object
because my object consist of multi face and each face have different material and I cant create one texture
consist of all face texure.

You have asked both of these questions several times in different forums.
I cannot begin to express how annoying that is.
