The eSupport system has been updated today.  We were having problems with spam and multiple features in the product not working properly, to fix this I have upgraded the software, fixed a domain issue, and forced users to register with the community prior to sending in tickets now via email.  This should help eliminate the thousands of spam tickets that were getting created, making eSupport impossible for us to manage.  If you already have a community account, please note that will only activate that email to send in new tickets.  You should, however, be able to reply to your tickets from any email once they are open.
