Our new eSupport Help Desk was launched today using software by Kayako. This allows us to have a full-blown trouble ticket system, with tracking, and much better integration. I have not tied in the phpBB authentication yet, but tickets still work w/o registering.
You can also email
support@truevision3d.com and a ticket will be auto-generated and sent to the system for us to handle. This should result in much better support response times, and less missed emails.
