I would like to appologize to all of our customers and users who have sent in eSupport tickets recently. Our email-based system has become overrun with spammers, causing me to filter through thousands of tickets daily to find the real tickets from our users. I am working closely with our webhost to resolve this issue asap, but until that time please bear with us while we get this sorted out.
