Greetings to all!
Prompt please, whether the further working out TV is conducted??
Whether there will be 7 version? If yes, that new, what news about it?
Wrote to authors, and they do not answer!

It may happen but it is not planned to happen anytime soon.
The newest version is and will be 6.5.

Actually you could have searched the forum for this bit of info since this topic has been discussed to the death in the past.

Whether there will be a support directX 10,11?
Or authors any more are not engaged in working out of it 3d the engine?

Ok let me sum it up for now (please anybody correct me if this is wrong):


- There is not TV 7.0

- TV 6.5 is the newest and last

- The authors / developers are still working on and supporting TV 6.5

- TV does not support DirectX 10 or 11, it only uses DirectX 9

- If you do not use any special DX10 or 11 functions, TV is fine for you!!

Agreed, and it's widely accepted that most things that DX10 offers can be
reproduced in DX9 and modern shaders anyway, except for programmable streams
(DX11 further only offers dynamic LOD functions).

I can add from memory that Sylvain has said that DX10/11 support
will be included in TV3D v7 when it's released,
