I know it has been years and my RPG maker has been pulled along with my website. It was due to some personal reasons, also it seemed like there was a lack of strong interest. Recently starting to look into reviving my RPG maker program. I am already converting from vb6 to vb.net, but holding off with porting over to Truevision 6.5 until other upgrades are completed. Several scenery elements will have a major overhaul based on my recent experience working on other game projects. I will be looking into simplifying several data types to help make it easier on you, the end user.

Previously released under the titles "Realm Magic" and "RP3DA", is a single player RPG maker engine using 3D graphics. It is more geared toward being inside dungeons with passages/hallways instead of being out on a landscape. I have the intention of providing a powerful RPG maker to people who are not programmers.

I hope I can revive some interest and I do rely on input from other forum members. If someone downloads and tries my program and they have problems using it, I would like to know why and see what I can do to make it better.

Hopefully I can get a new site up and running soon.

An ideal I am looking at to simplify the RPG maker is to eliminate control over a party of characters. There is an option where you can have the player control several characters at once, all follow a leader. Make it so one player controls one character through out the game. I made several demo games and I never wanted to use this feature. I am not sure how many out there will use such a feature. It was to make it more like older turned based RPG games.

I am looking to combine magician/religion characters into just magicians only. There are separate spells and prayers areas in my RPG software right now. One can be cast by magicians, other by a religious/faithful character. Maybe making it all one be simpler for someone to design RPGs with my software.

Again I am relying on input on others before I go forwarded with reworking my RPG maker design.

Anyone have a suggestion where else I can post to get good user input?
