Hey Guys,

Have a good day. I am working on a program that converts 2d lines to 3d walls (extrusion basically). Am using AddWall3D with a depth of 30. But I notice a triangular gap at the corner of the joining of 2 walls.
Please check the attachment for what I mean. How can I overcome this issue. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

try welding the vertices when the mesh is done, also, is it making one mesh with groups or multiple meshes?

Sorry been traveling
If you use multiple meshes then the corners will need to be manually chamfered, usually both walls are angled evenly. Another method is to join the meshes into one mesh but I ame not sure if TV can auto-chamfer the adjacent wall planes for you.

Been trying to do the welding but cant find a properly working method for the same.

Any ideas you have are most welcome. My line in 2d is actually a rectangle since I cant adjust thickness for a line using tv3d. Pls find the attached image to understand the problem better.
