I am going to develop an application with a large landscape where the textures are taken from google earth. Because the number of pictures are quite big I would like to know if it is possible to do it automatically. In other words does someone know how to take several pictures from google earth in one single shoot?

Make a downloader application, list all of the URLs and download one by one? Or add them to an existing downloader via clipboard iteration. There are many ways if they are only URLs. We dont know how you intend to get them, so i'm not sure what you're asking.

What I need is a 50X50 grid. I could manage this with an array of landscapes. Each cell is a 2 km square. Let us say I can capture a 2km square cell with a google earth picture of 1024X1024 pixel. These pictures must be tileable, in other words, left of one tile must be the right of the next tile (side by side).
