Who can talk about TV3D vs Virtools??

My company has used VirTools in the past for projects, and it's an interesting engine. It's a very different style of programming than TV3D, that's for sure. A lot of the programming is drag and drop node connecting, with some scripting thrown in for the advanced users.

One thing I noticed is that it always took forever to load up their engine (like a minute to two minutes before we had something on screen).

Some of the latest version stuff I saw from them is impressive, and it's ability to scale across multiple systems is cool (think multiple computers rendering the same scene on multiple projectors with different viewports).

I think their licensing can get expensive, as when I dealt with them we had to pay for a license on each system we installed it on, as opposed to a per-product deal, which I'm sure would be much more expensive.
