Hi!

I have a two question.

I have a model, I created in 3dsmax, as far as I know If I set the light material in 3dsmax and exporting my model to tvm this format will contain light material settings.

My problem is that when I load my model and I set the load material to true, nothing happen, I don't see any difference. What is the problem, why doesn't work?

My other problem is the animation.

I animated my model, which is working correctly in max, but when I export to tva and test it in TV3D, the skeleton will be animated but the model don't move.
I tired with skin and physic exporter, the result is same.

Could somebody help me??

First I should say that I don't use 3DS Max so I can't be 100% sure of my suggestions.

About the first question, I think what's called Material in 3Ds Max and what's called Material in TV3D (or any Direct X based engine) is not the same thing. Material in TV3D is parameters of the model regarding lights (how should the model react to lightning, I suggest you look at this article explaining Materials in TV3D http://wiki.truevision3d.com/tutorialsarticlesandexamples/introduction_to_materials_in_tv3d)

For the second question, I can't help you since like I said, I don't use 3DS Max.

Peace.

I found the problem, there was problem with links setting is physicque modifier.

If I Use No Blending between links then the animation it works fine.  Grin
