TV3D SDK 6.2 Delphi Header.

In the initial 6.2 release the delphi-header was faulty. The Setup- and Zip files are now updated with the correct header.
For the people that already downloaded the setup until this point, we have put the delphi-header up for download.
Seems as we are cursed for a small misstake each release! We are sorry for the inconvenience!
