We're still fighting a losing battle against spam at this time. Our eSupport is either overran with spam, or refuses valid messages -- and my personal inbox is practically useless at times.
I'm working with EZOS on changing our config once again today to help this problem, but if this persists I will hire a consultant to configure and setup our spam blocking system, since this is getting way out of hand. (Yesterday I received 2700 spam messages -- in 1/2 hour.)
In the mean time if you are attempting to get ahold of me, please email and send me a PM on the forums -- PM's don't have spam issues at least. =) Thanks!
