Development Diary April 25th

With work on the new website wrapping up, I've begun to focus myself on the new 6.5 network engine.
The design for certain portions is completed, and code conversion has begun.
Current Features:
UDP-based lightweight protocol, including ordered and unordered packets, with a built-in reliability layer than can be turned on and off per packet.
Built in bandwidth throttling system, to adjust packet rate depending on current traffic and other factors.
Built in bandwidth limits (outside of throttling) that can limit the packets sent/recieved based upon available bandwidth.
Requests for features should be posted in the TV3DNet General Discussion forum.
Simple and easy to use, without the overhead of DirectPlay. These algorithms have been in use by my network engine for years, and are now optimized for real-time gaming.
