 Smiley

Wasn't sure where to put this....

Any how I've been working on the Attach to bone sample using Tiny.x and a sword.x.  Tiny appears to have a rigging problem if I have the term right. A bad limp, which I'd like to fix.  Since I have never made an .x file animated or static. I'm not even sure what tools I need to get, let alone how to fix the problem. I have milkshape3d, but I don't think it has a plugin to load .x files.  It does have a Export plugin though. There are the Directx viewer and the texture tool in the SDK utilities. I can view the file, look at the wireframe but how does one make modifications? I need more info than I have at the moment, any sites, tools, etc... that you can point me to (Other than Microsoft that is. Grin).  well...  maybe I've missed something there too. heh..

Fabio,

Ah, I found the DirectX Mesh Tools, now I have to learn how to use them. I don't see anything in the help file about using it.  So I'll search the fourms there for more information. If I can't find anything useful, I'll be back to this thread to ask for help!  If any one knows of othe source's of information about working on .x files, please post them.
