Here waht i have done so far:

I decompiled a Half Life 2 Model (.mdl) with the MDLdecompiler by Cannonfodder.
I got a folder with smd, textures, etc and the "qc" file. I opened with Softimage XSI the qc file and the programm loaded all the bmp-textures, smd-animations and stuff. Now i used the DirectX Model export. It seem to work but when i test the x model with Tv3d modelviewer the animations are missing.

How can I export a full working Half Life2 model to a x-model (which works with tv3d) ?
Maybe someone already has experience with those tools and can help me out. Thanks !

Try to do a crosswalk to max and then export it using the TV exporter. Never worked with MDL, so I don't know how the animations are managed but maybe you have to plot them.

Simple answer: This doesn't work! My team (including commercial professionals) has never been able to export correct .x models from XSI to TV3D. XSI exports helper bones that aren't compatible with TV3D and the IK plotting doesn't work either.

These were the settings we used:
