Lost original, need to convert model from TVM to direct .x etc

i have a tvm model that i lost the original artwork for. Is there any way to get an editable format from a tvm? I don't care if i have to give the model to Sylvain and pay him to convert it for me. I had a harware failure and need to know if this is possible.. thx
