3dsmax 7 plugin error

When I export the model with Skin modifier to x,tva or tvm formats, 3dsmax 7 crashes...  Whether there is a new version of a plug-in or DLL to 3dsmax 7? Where I can to download it? 

Now i have:

TV3D65.dll ver. 6.5.26499.1

This is a BIG PROBLEM!!!
Since last release, the new 3dsmax exporter plugin is not working since long time,
and our artist is complain this every day,
so, we are think about give up using TV3D for our project,
TV3D is a commercial engine, but have poor support...

Probably it is necessary to use X format, instead of TVA and TVM. Where I can find 3dsmax plug-in for animated-X creation?
