VAX and VS2010 Beta 2

I'm a long-time user of ReSharper, how do you think VAX compares to it?

I've never used ReSharper unfortunately. On the occasions when I write C# code I just use the basic IDE functionality. My reason for using VAX is that it makes C++ intellisense a lot more stable and adds some of the neat little features that C# has by default.
