Hello everyone,
TVProjects opened one year ago or so. At the beginning people opened projects, but now it seems dead.
Even though I see increase in visitors, people don't update their projects.

Is TVProjects dead again? Maybe its just not needed anymore?

EDIT: You can now view TVProjects source code. Click 'Source Code' at the left menu in the website.

Honestly, I don't know what to say, but when these kind of posts go unnoticed, bad things usually happen  Wink.

I think the site is great, and definitely a great resource for anyone showcasing their progress.  My best guess as to why it has not been getting as many hits lately is that people are unaware that it exists.  Otherwise, I cannot see why it would not be put to great use.  Personally, I have been reading up on a few projects that get updated quite frequently.

Thanks RuntimeError for the reply Smiley I hope someone will be able to tell me what is the problem with the website.
People are registering (about 100 users) but almost no one create projects or send news.

I think the problem with the site is that when people drop by (me included). They don't find anything new being done. So, there haven't been any new projects started there. Does anyone have any good ideas of some projects that could be started by the community as community projects that members could all contribute to. Which could be setup to allow new members to keep them going and learn something more of programming TV3D, Creating Graphics, Models, Textures, etc...  Just a thought... Can anyone else think of any other ideas to add that would help us revive the site?

I posted some news, but I see what you mean.  There is little activity in there... I still believe that this is a result of little knowledge that it exists.  There are plenty of projects that are actively being developed and showcased in these forums.  Perhaps a sticky reminding everyone of the site might help?  Unless anyone has a better idea.  Huh

 Smiley

If you can get the sticky, sounds a like a reminder would be a good idea to me.

Thanks Smiley
RuntimeError101, the bug you reported is now fixed.

TVProjects is now somewhat open source. At the main page, click 'Source Code' and you'll be able to see the website source.

As far a suggestions go, I think there should be an extra page for a lengthy project explanation.  I realize that you already have the description, but it doesn't really allow for a great amount of text to explain things thoroughly.  Just a thought.

Thanks, I've added a place for Project Overview. It shows on the project main page.
