Recording video tutorials

I'm about to start recording my own tutorials (for my tools) and while browsing the net, I found couple of interesting video tutorials that we're actually played by flash player. Those vids didn't seem to weight much either.

1) Is there a Flash video that I don't know about?

2) Any other suggestion than Fraps and HyperCam to record my tutorials?

Adobe Captivate creates videos using flash.  We use it at work to create training and promotional videos, for our business app.  It's easy to use and you can make good-looking interactive videos as well as fairly light-weight flash based videos.  Also does cool things like highlighting the control you are using, following the mouse, etc.  Good for demos and training.

Adobe acquired the technology from someone... I think it used to be called RoboDemo or something like that.  I remember it was cheesy.   

Not sure if that's what you are looking for.  Also, it's expensive.

You could look at
Techsmit SnagIt ~$40
(Simple image or video capture)
or
Techsmit Camtasia ~$300
(Fairly simple video capture/editing, very similar to Windows Movie Maker. Export to flash, wmv, mov, rm, ipod, gif ...)

I've used them both for manuals, training vids, family video compilations etc...

Thanks guys, good stuff! Adobe Captivate is out of my $ range ($699).

I'm gonna give a go to Techsmit.

I also found a free tool on sourceforge called CamStudio. Gonna try that one as well.
