Hi all,

I got 2 problems on drawing 2D textures when I upgrade my tv3d version to pre-release one. Firstly, all the textures are blur even the Antialiasing is off. Secondly, the position of some 2D images are a little bit shifted (around 1 to 2 pixels). When I was using the beta version, it never happened. Is there anybody know the reason or is that a bug?

Thanks and sorry for my poor English. =)

P.S. I use Visual C++ 6.0

How old was your beta version. IIRC, when I first started using TV ( maybe 18 months ago? ) there was a problem with all the 2D stuff where you had to add 1 to the width of each item to make it draw the correct size. Then the devs decided that it should be fixed and you had to remove the +1 again. If it's an old enough version, this might be it.

Textures will inevitably blur if you draw them at anything other than their native resolution. EG: If you draw a 256x256 texture as a whole 2d image then it needs to occupy exactly 256 pixels or it will blur due to mipmapping and/or filtering. Both mipmapping and filtering can be disabled ( I think? ) but it's better to be drawing at exactly the native resolution if you possibly can. So make sure that you're drawing at exactly native resolution because otherwise it might actually be that your problem relates to a bug which was fixed rather then a new bug.

That's about all I can think of just groping around in the dark, so if that doesn't help, you might want to post a bit of code and/or the images you're using?
