Water problem - Delphi

When I try to compile "Tutorial 8 : A complete landscape" in Delphi 6, I got an error "overflow". Is this a bug?

Hi Denis ..

got the same problem, but try only to build the exe file and then start the executable without the delphi ide and tata it works and it looks pretty nice.
dont know why we got an error.

I try only compile project and run without Delphi ide and I got a same error. I noticed that error must be in RGBA function. When I put on remarks (disassebling) all function calling RGBA, tutorial run normal.
