I was playing around with the .ChangeAltitudePoint and saw it creating holes into my land... it seems to be gridline based by the pictures seen below.

Example of how im raising the Land can be seen here

TV Engine Version?
(If you say 2.99 your entrails will be dragged through the streets of Boulogne by Sylvains Grandpere's Dog.)

Is landscape square?
If not does making it square fix it?

I'm not part of any speshal elite underground beta testing team (wish i was though!)

using the standard 6.0rc2 given on website.

the landscape when started is originally flat and square based.

If the position your modifying is a mult of 256 (256,512,768,1024,etc) then it will do that. I believe is has already been fixed in RC3.

I got this problem too in Scorched World using TV RC2...
I think the bug was reported back then.

After playing aruond more with the Lanscape i got to one point when i found a line that does it, and i saw it affect another point at the same time, i would raise the selected point, cut the land and raise one side of it, and this second point does the same thing...

Yep it was a bug in the rc2 version, that caused the chunks boundary to be badly modified, and this makes holes.

This has been fixed for rc3 of course Smiley

We were aiming for a release date before Christmas heh, BUT this is NOT definitive and can still change in the future.
