Too Many Shadows Appearing

Hello there,
Im guessing that setting the camera.viewfrustum creates a box or a sphere around the camera. This works fine exept a TvMesh, or a TvActor casts shadows on it. Making one correct shadow on the landscape, and then one more below on the view frustum box. I tested this theory by increasing the size of the frustum box, and the shadow moves accordingly.
Thanks, and great job so far!

If you're talking about 6.5, this is a known issue with stencil shadows and the solution is to keep your light range down so that it never intersects the view frustum.

Problem is that i made a realtime changing weather effect engine that makes the sun rotate around the landscape (as a sun should), rain, lightning and such. Hopefully that would be fixed later on..
Great job all, turning out to be quite an engine!

Just curious, but directional lights dont have a range or a position. Or are you using a point light? Or is this a case where tv's stencil shadows do make use of the range setting for directional lights?

I think there should be a way to disable your sphere/bow you have aroung the camera from casting shadows.

It's an invisible box. He's talking about the view frustum, not a box he's rendering.
