Skybox loses two textures in reflection mode

This will not be able to have code with it as the amount of code is tooo masive.
After days of verification we can safely say that there is an occurance that causes two of the skybox panels to go grey when you surface from a reflecting water surface: especially when the water mesh culling is set to both sides. The textures are still in the engine as changing the scale causes the two panels to come back without reloading the skybox textures.

are you sure you are not using the same texture index in both your skybox and the render surface used water reflection?

Yes, I index all textures, materials, etc...
It is not a consistant bug as it seems to react to something in the culling, my ocean plane is exactly at 0 alt. and if I turn on cull both and reflect it appears, but(!!!) only when the camera is looking upward WHILE rising thru the mesh from below. It is tricky to get the angle just right but it happens enough to notice.
IMPORTANT: I just discovered that we are using SLI motherboards and dual 7600 GPUs, maybe it is the hardware config, I will try on another machine but that will take a day or so.
I'll keep you posted, EB

Interesting, could you try to change the parameters of your skybox ? The scale or the Distance. It's actually 1 by default if I remember, you should increase it for the reflection maybe.

The scale and offset are changed often during the testing, this editor is designed to be used by children and adults (Myspace3D.net) and we are using the engine in all forms that we possibly can. We are pretty sure that it is a culling issue.
