I use SetPixelArrayFloat to alter the color of a blank texture, but doesn't affect anything.
When i use GetPixelArrayFloat after, I get a TV_COLOR(0,0,0,0). I think that this function is not working properly.

Look in the debug file
c:\debugfile.txt

I my clue in you as to why the functions aren't working.  You can only get and set pixels on uncompressed file formats.

SetPixelArray and SetPixelAlphaArray works fine in the same case

SetPixelArrayFloat works only with floating point textures.
So that's with HDR16 or HDR32 format.
