When typing in the following code
Code:
RGB(255, 0, 0)
, the hint that pops up says that red is first, then green then blue. However, blue is actually first and red is last.

I am using 2010 VB.NET and TV 6.5 with Windows 7

Don't use RGB() for that, this is a VB method.
Use TVGlobals.RGBA() to pass colors to the engine
