Problem with creating terrain from heightmap

When i try to create terrain from heightmap (in C#) it throw out the warning message: "AccessViolationException was unhandled".. i have downloaded some source codes from Zaknafein (Windy Trees etc.) and the error appeared again so my code is ok.. PLS HELP..!!

His source code was problebly missing the TVLandscape = Scene.CreateLandscape() because of the time it was written. TVLandScape = Scene.CreateLandScape must be called before TVLandScape can be used.

ok.. so i repair Zak's code and it's running corectly, but when i in my projects try to generate terrain from heightmap it gets stuck and when i shutdown the proces the Visual Studio again throw out the error message i have spoken about above....
