Problem lauching Tv6.5 VB.NET Open version

Hello,
I tried the 6.5 open version under Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition.
When I started debuging, the error showed in the screenshot below happened:

Some DLL files are probably missing.
Can you try to run depends.exe on the MTV3D65.DLL to see what is missing ?

Hello!
Yeah, 2 DLL was missing on my computer.
The program depends.exe is very useful.
The template works fine now.
