Need Help ? Don't know what happen

I downloaded TV SDK 6.5, but after installed, the demo program cannot run, same problem with demo project. Build project sucessfuled, but cannot run.

oh that's weird, thought it would be a .NET 1 or .NET 1.1 error, according to the exception number. But anyway, grats on fixing the problem:)
